Prices and currency
All license fees are quoted individually and charged in euros (symbol: €, currency code: EUR).
The exact fee is stated in your written quote before any payment is requested.
Payment methods
License fees can be paid by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Card payments are processed by our
payment service provider Wise Europe SA;
PayPal payments are processed by PayPal.
Security of payment data
Card payments are handled entirely by Wise Europe SA on PCI DSS-compliant systems. Your card details are
entered on Wise’s secure payment page and transmitted using TLS encryption. MacNew.org does not receive,
process, or store your card details at any time.
Delivery policy
The MacNew instrument, translations, and scoring files are delivered electronically by email within
1 business day after receipt of payment and the signed license agreement. No physical goods are shipped.
Refund and cancellation policy
A license order may be cancelled free of charge at any time before the licensed materials have been delivered.
Once the licensed materials (PDF instruments, translations, scoring files) have been delivered electronically,
the license fee is non-refundable, because the product is digital content that cannot be returned.
If delivered materials are defective or incomplete, contact us at
info@macnew.org and we will correct or re-deliver the materials.
Export restrictions
No export restrictions apply to the licensed materials.
